What are the reception opening hours?
  • The reception is open 24 hours and our colleagues will be at your service day and night.
Is Wi-Fi available at the hotel/in the room?
  • A wireless internet connection is available and free of charge throughout the hotel.
What time is the check-in and the check-out time at the hotel?
  • Hotel check-in time is at 3 p.m.
  • Hotel check-out time is at 11 p.m.
How much do you charge for a baby cot?

Baby cots are free of charge. If you need a baby cot, it is advisable that you order it before arrival.

What is the hotel policy for children 2-12 years?

First child free till 11,99 free of charge for all periods, every second child with extra charge.

Do you provide babysitting services?

Babysitting can be arranged if you give us a reasonable prior notice.

Are they rooms with kitchenettes ?

Yes, the studios in the hotel have kitchenette. The cooking, except baby food, is not allowed.

Are they sunbeds and umbrellas at the hotel beach?

Yes, the hotel guests use the sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach with NO additional charge. We also provide beach /pool towels o Free of charge every day.

Do you have a parking area?

There is a private parking area near the hotel free of charge.

Can you arrange any transfer service from the airport?

We can arrange it upon request with an additional fee. Please e-mail us to arrange details

Are there tours and cruises available and what do I need to do?

Front desk personnel will be pleased to assist you and organize such trips for you.

Do you have a laundry / dry cleaning service and ironing facilities?

In-house laundry service is available. You will find more information in your room.

Can I bring my pet inside the hotel?

We are sorry, but pets are not allowed on our Hotel.

Are smoking rooms available?

We are sorry, but all rooms are strictly non-smoking.

Can I have breakfast/dinner even if I am not staying in your hotel?

Yes, of course you can enjoy a meal or drink in our restaurant or bars.

Which credit cards are accepted?

We accept credit cards from MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.

What is the hotel cancelation policy?

If you cancel or modify you booking more than 14 days before arrival THERE IS NO CANCELLATION FEE. Otherwise we keep the deposit as cancellation fee. If the cancellation reasons are related to any Force Majeure circumstances (international travel restrictions, health problems) due to the COVID19, the deposit will be kept by the hotel, as the guests will receive a credit voucher for the paid amount, which they will have the opportunity to use for a future stay.
